1.Application range and characteristics:

2BE series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are the high efficiency energy saving products of our company. It is produced on the foundation of scientific research achievements and production experience for many years, and combined with the advanced technology of import products. It is usually used to pump the gases without small solid granules, and gases that doesn't dissolve in water, and noncorrosive gases, so as to form the vacuum and pressure in the closed container. By changing the structural material, it is also available in aspirating corrosive gas or using the corrosive liquid as the operating liquid. So it is used extensively in many trades such as papermaking, chemical industry, petrol chemical industry, light industry, pharmacy, foodstuff, metallurgy and construction materials, stone implement, coal washing, ore dressing and chemical fertilizer etc..

This series pump is single stage and single acting. It is simply structured and convenient to maintain. It is energy saving and can run stably.Compared with the widely used SK, 2SK and SZ series water ring vacuum pump in China, the 2BE series pump possesses the notable merits such as the high vacuum degree and the low power consumption etc.. And it is the ideal replacement product of SK, 2SK and SZ series water ring type vacuum pump.

2BVC Series Water Ring Vacuum Pump and compressor is mainly used for sucking gases and water vapour. The ultimate suction pressure can reach 33mbar (97% vacuum). When working under suction pressure below 80mbar long time, it should be connected with cavitation resistant pipe. The suction pressure can reach 10mbar if assembling with an air ejector. As a compressor, the ultimate pressure can reach 0.26MPa.
Characteristics: 1. Motor:Inline,direct connection with the pump, saving space and easy to install.
2. Mechanical seal: No leakage and easy to maintain.
3. Firm performance and low noise (can be as low as 62 db(A))
4. Bronze impeller improves the corrosion resistance; Stainless steel vacuum pump can meet higher requirements for corrosion resistance.
5. Special flexible outlet design ensures no over-compressing and firm performance under design conditions

Features :






1.Rational Structure

The star wheels are paired on both sides of the screw shaft to counteract the radial force acted on the shaft and the axial force on the channel by air. Hence the screw is free from any radial or axial force to achieve the absolute balance status.


2.High-efficiency
While running, each screw works twice per rotation so the channel space is fully utilized to achieve more exhaling volume compared with the same structural & dimension air compressor. The screw slot depth of screw decreases with the increase of pressure. When exhaling finishes and the star wheel separate from the screw slot, the depth is zero without any clearance volume, then high volume efficiency is achieved. As apply unloading device and servo automatic air volume adjustment, the energy save effects is significant which as much as more than 60% of lower consumption when running at no load.

3 .No Vibration and Low Noise

As every rotation of the screw results in 12 compression cycles with 35280 times of exhaling per minute to achieve dynamic balance running, the exhaling process is free from pulses, so the machine vibration is close to zero that a coin can stand still on a running machine. In addition the adoption of sound eliminator and isolator reduces the noise level considerably lower than the other brands of air compressors.

4.Extended Maintenance Cycle
Free from any radial or axial forces and pressures in the air compression process, the shaft life of the air compressor can be as long as 50,000 hours, overcoming the easy wearability of the bearing and shaft seals of double screw air compressor, extending the maintenance cycle, and its durability exceeds other counterparts.
