Usage:

*For Hard to Root Plant, mix 5 grams with 0.5-1kg water; For common plant, mix 5 grams with with 3-8kg water; soak basal part of the cutting at the depth of 2-3cm; begin planting after 12-36 hours of soaking.

*Transplant, mix 5grams with with 5-10kg water; transplant the plant after 5 minutes of root soaking.

*Soaking Seedlings of Rice, Sweet Potato and Vegetables, mix 5 grams with 20-40kg of water; makes early spout of roots and robust seedling.

*Soaking of Cotton Seed or Spraying of Cotton Seedling after Transplant, mix 5 grams with 100kg of water; makes early spout of roots and robust seedling.

*Flowering Stage of Cotton, mix 5 grams with 50-60kg of water; once every half month; keep cotton bolls from dropping.

*Flowering Stage of Watermelon and Tomato, mix 5 grams with 40-60kg of water; protect flower from dropping; promote fruit setting


Note:

1. Dissolve in small quantity of hot water(50 degree), and dilute with water.

2. As a highly effective product, its concentration should be strictly controlled.

3. Choose the best concentration according to biological characteristics of the plants. Pay attention to the management of temperature and humidity on the nursery bed.

Mode of actions & functions:
Chlirmequat is a retardant of plant Growth. It process against gibberellic acid inside the plant when absorbed by organs (root, stem and leaves). It can restrain the elongation of cells, but have no influence on cell division; Restrain the growth of stem and leaves without affecting the development of sexual organs. It can make the plant short but strong with gathered trunk; Make the leaves darker and thicker and increase the ability to resist collapse, drought, cold and alkaline.

[INDICATIONS] Clavulanate potassium/amoxicillin is indicated for the treatment of the following infections caused by sensitive bacteria:
1. 1upper respiratory tract infections including sinusitis, antiaditis, pharyngitis, otitis media;
2. lower respiratory tract infections like acute bronchitis, acute episode of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, lung abscess and bronchiectasia with concurrent infection;
3. urinary system infections including urocystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, prostatitis, pelvic inflammation, urinary tract infection caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae and soft chancre;
4. skin and soft tissue infections including bouton, abscess, cellulites, wound infections;
5. other infections like medullitis, ichoremia, eritonitis and postoperational infections.

[INGREDIENTS]The main composition is amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium.

[PHARMACOKINETICS]According to the foreign pharmacokinetical studies on normal adults, peak concentrations were attained one hour after oral administration of a singledose of 0. 375 g clavulanate potassium/amoxicillin before meals, serum concentraition were 4. 27± 0. 82 μ G/m and 2. 08± 0. 58μg/ml, respectively. About 72. 88% clavulanate potassium and 40. 14% amoxicillin were recovered in the urine 6 hours later. Food doesn't affect the absorption of the drug. The same study has indicated that after oral administration with standard breakfast, peak serum concentration, excretory rate, time from administration to peak concentration were similar to those before meals. Similar results were obtained in relevant studies in China.

[DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION]For adult and children over 12 years: 2 capsules to be taken 3 times daily. For patients with severe infections: The dose should be doubled or modified under the direction of the physician. The continuous course of therapy is no more than 14 days if the patient is not examined repeatedly.

[DESCRIPTION] White to yellowish powder.

[PHARMACOLOGY] 1. Antibacterial activity:
(1) Strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria and non-glucose ferment Gram-negative bacillus including pyocyaneum bacteria as well as broad-spectrum antibacterial activity against bacteria including Gram-negative bacteria. This drug is an anti-bacteria agent and has stability in the presence ofβ-lactamases produced by all kinds of bacteria.
(2) Good therapeutic efficacy when used in experimental infection in mice.
(3) Bacteria resistant to antibiotics like penicillins, other cephalosporins and aminoglcoside, especially pyocyaneum bacterium are susceptible to this product.
2. Mechanism of action
It has very strong affinity with 1A, 2B and 3 of PBP to inhibit the composition of cytoderm in bacteria, in which way bacteria are killed.

[DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION] The usual adult daily dose is 1~2g per day divided into 2 administrations by intravenous injections or intervenous drop infusions; In refractory or severe infections, a total daily dosage of 4g is divided into 2 or 3 administrations by intervenous drop infusions according to specific symptoms. The usual children daily dose is 30~80mg/kg (body weight)/day divided into 2~3 administrations by intervenous drop infusions; In refractory or severe infections, a total daily dosage of 150mg/kg (body weight)/day is divided into 2~3 intervenous drop infusions according to specific symptoms.
